No outside visitors without approval. * No smoking or vaping inside the home. You may smoke outside in designated areas. * Please respect quiet hours between 10pm – 8am out of courtesy for neighbors. * Rearranging or moving furniture is not permitted without approval. * Check-in & check-out times must be respected unless previously arranged. * Please Do not disconnect or tamper with smart home devices, including Wi-Fi, Alexa, or Ring. * Report any damages or issues immediately so we can address them quickly.
